The Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a critical growth driver responsible for sourcing and qualifying Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). This role offers a unique entry point into the dynamic high-tech sales industry, providing a strong foundation for advancing your sales career. The SDR will leverage consultative selling skills and a targeted 1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to generate high-quality leads and will be accountable for meeting a defined quarterly quota.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Research targets companies and key decision makers to identify their business challenges and need for Innovapptive solutions.
- Write compelling emails and tell engaging stories that leave prospective customers wanting to learn more about the value of our products.
- Qualify accounts for short- and medium-term opportunities.
- Accurately update CRM and ensure data discipline
- Schedule opportunities to engage with prospects and members of the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to continuously improve our lead generation and follow-up process.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Prior experience of 2+ years as an SDR for an enterprise SaaS company is preferred.
- This role is open to candidates with 1+ years of experience from Tier-1 engineering and management colleges.
- The role will operate on a US shift schedule.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills are required.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and diligent.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills are essential.
